Day 353: -2.5 lbs.

I hope I’ve broken out of the stall and am headed down again for a good, long run. I didn’t do anything special. In fact, I missed about 10 minutes of my workout last week and my calorie count was a little high a couple of days. I’m within 10 lbs. of being out of the land of 300 for the first time in (at least) 14 years. I hadn’t checked very often earlier, so it could have been longer.

My body is still adusting. Some things fit now that had been too tight a few weeks ago and I have a lot of loose skin which will get worse. I should be more disciplined with the moisturizer especially now that I’m older than I ever have been.

As a PS, I found it interesting that my Jawbone UP band gave me exercise credit for winding a skein of wool into a ball.
